The primary responsibility for all employees, volunteers and board members of PAINT THE CITY RED is to work in service of the organization’s mission as stated in the annual report and to treat all constituents with dignity and promote a healthy discourse in the mental health community.
At no time should a person interacting with PAINT THE CITY RED have an expectation of treatment and or therapy for a diagnosis.
The information and advice published or made available through an asset on or off line owned or operated by PAINT THE CITY RED is for informational purposes only, is not a substitute for professional medical advice or services, and does not constitute a physician-patient relationship.

Employees, volunteers and board members of PAINT THE CITY RED do not condone or engage in sexual harassment. At no time are employees, volunteers and board members of PAINT THE CITY RED in their capacity of service at PAINT THE CITY RED in a position to diagnose or treat a patient. The tools identified on PAINT THE CITY RED’s web site and social media platforms are meant to be informative. Any use of any tools such as; journals, tracking devices, wearable items, art supplies or the like is on a volunteer basis and not meant to be used as a form of therapy or substitute for a qualified clinicians advice.
Unless expressly stated no person shall have any expectation of privacy or confidentiality regarding any information shared with PAINT THE CITY RED by way of social media or user-generated content.
Updates to Policy
Children Under Age 13 – We do not intend to collect Personally Identifiable Information from children under 13 years of age. If there is reason to believe that a child under 13 has provided us with Personally Identifiable Information, the parent or guardian of that child should Contact Us to request deletion of this data from our files.
Adolescents Ages 13 through 17 – For adolescents 13 through 17 years of age, we require any identified adolescent to provide parental contact information when providing us with Personally Identifiable Information. The parent will receive copies of all electronic and USPS communications and will be provided with the opportunity to remove the adolescent from any such program(s).
